Blight glitch/bug

I'm on xbox, playing as the blight with his new true blight cosmetic, 3 matches out of 5 I've had a glitch/bug that's prevented me from catching a survivor trying to slow vault over a pallet. The animation for the grab happens but like half a second into it the survivor drops and I freeze in place for 2 seconds. Locations of the pallets were 1.) Temple of purgation lower underground area of the temple. 2.) The game, pallet next to the bathroom downstairs in the long hallway leading to the basement. 3.) Preschool map, pallet in the upstairs of the house with the hole in the floor. Dont have any video to share but I tried to be as precise about the locations. Could be all pallets and all killers this happens to but I've only had this problem so far with blight in his new skin.
