Blood Pact decreases your chance of becoming the obsession. Blood Pact deactivates if you are the obsession.

What if your other teammates and the killer are all NOT using any obsession related perks?

Will Blood Pact force someone to be obsession? Or will Blood Pact remain deactivated for the remainder of the match?

    It's likely that it will force another survivor to become the obsession, the same as if you were using the "Unique Wedding Ring" add-on for a key.

    It makes an obsession if there isn't one. That's what I've noticed while using it yesterday.

    Any perk (or the unique wedding ring) that decreases your chance of becoming the Obsession, will choose one survivor at random to be the Obsession, regardless if those other survivors or the killer are running Obsession perks or not.
