So I am a HUGE Bioshock fan. I've played all the games over 3 times (except 2, sorry 2 fans), and its one of my favorite games. I first had the idea for a Bioshock chapter when Deathslinger was released. I started rough drafts and shared it with my friends. They liked the concepts but didn't think Dead By Daylight would include other video game characters. (Bet you can tell where this is going) Then came Silent Hill. Not only was this a video game chapter, it was a full out mega chapter. Killer, Survivor, an Event to go with it, a new map, cosmetics, and more! But during one of my games trying out Pyramid Head, I remembered my Bioshock concept. I instantly went back to work to polish it, make things balanced, flesh out the concept, even add a survivor. Anyway, lets get to the concept.

The new map: The Rapture

The new Killer: The Protector

The new survivor: Booker DeWitt

The Big Daddy's have a few cosmetic options. There is this different variations you see throughout the games. Booker doesn't have as much but maybe there could be some legendary skins, so you could be Jack from the first game.

(Also I know that most of my Big Daddy ideas come from the first game, and Booker is from Infinite, but sadly Jack isn't given too much of a character, so I couldn't get any perk value out of him.)

The Rapture would probably be most similar to the first chapter of the first game. I can picture being chased by a killer though tunnels surrounded by ocean. I think it could be a great map, that would also be fairly large in size.

The Protector (Big Daddy)

A protecting killer, able to bring its enemies down with sheer force, anything to protect the little sisters. Their three perks, Metal Wrath, Hex: Rapture, and In My Way, help him engage in chases, make survivors double guess their option to cleanse totems, and punish altruistic survivors.

Stomp: Pressing Lctrl triggers a stomp. Within 12 meters all gens are regressed for 10% and survivors within 8 meters are hindered for 5 seconds. This also breaks dropped pallets and breakable walls in the area. This has a 30 second cooldown.

Charge: Pressing M2 triggers a charge ability. You move in a straight line, unable to change direction. You can trigger this while moving with a two second charge, but the survivor can tell you are charging it because your eyes will turn red. If you hit a survivor you instantly down them, but you can continue the charge until you run into a piece of terrain. To end it early press m2. (You can plow through all 4 survivors in one charge.) This has a cool down of 10 seconds, and the cooldown will not go down unless you are out of chase.

Drill: When Charge is on cooldown, you can press m2 to charge your drill. Charging it makes your next m1 have a moderately increased lunge, but a significantly longer attack fatigue (miss or hit).

Perks:

Metal Wrath: Your sheer presence is enough force to disturb anything. When you enter a chase with a survivor, the survivor is blinded, oblivious, and hindered for .5/1/1.5 seconds.

In My Way: You show no remorse for anyone in your way of your target. Any survivor hit in a protection hit scoring event, is instantly downed. The survivor that was protected has their aura revealed for 3/6/9 seconds, and is broken for 30 seconds (if injured).

Hex: Rapture: Rapture will rise. One hex totem becomes activated. If this totem is cleansed, any survivors on a hook have their entity progress increased by 5/10/15%. The survivor who cleansed the totem has their aura revealed to you for 2/4/6 seconds. Another hex totem activates that will turn off Rapture when cleansed.

Addon ideas:

(Iri) Familiar Wrench: Stomp is now increased to your entire terror radius (the gens are still limited to 12 meters), and drill can down a healthy survivor.

(Iri) ADAM: Pure ADAM. Charge is now semi controllable, your eyes do not turn red when charging Charge. Massively increases Drill lunge.

Mori: The survivor tries to crawl away but they are flipped and their arm is stomped on. The Protector charges his drill and brings it to the survivors head, they raise their other arm up to try to protect themself, but the drill goes straight through their hand and goes into the survivors skull.

Survivor: Booker DeWitt

A Revolutionary survivor, able to turn the tables whenever needed. His three perks, The Bigger They Are… , Revolution, and Distract and Prosper, help him stun the killer, give his teammates information, and put himself in risky situations to help his teammates.

Perks:

The Bigger They Are… : You are used to having to handle problems that are much, much bigger than you are. Each time you stun the killer, gain a token up to 3. For each token your stuns are increased by 4/5/6%. Gain 100% more blood points for stunning events.

Revolution: You know that sometimes you have to help others, at the cost of your own health. You have an increased chance of becoming the obsession. When you are hit as the obsession, you see every survivor's aura until you are out of chase. The other survivors can see your aura as well as the killer's aura. If you are not the obsession and the obsession is hit, become the obsession.

Distract and Prosper: You can put yourself at risk for the greater rebellion. While in a chase, survivors within 32 meters of you get a 2/3/4% increase in healing, repairing and sabotage. When downed, all survivors in 32 meters gain a 5% haste status effect for 2 seconds.

And that is it! I am honestly really proud of this one, I have worked on this one for a while. So please upvote this and leave a comment if you liked it, I want BHVR to notice this, I think it would bring in a good profit as well as expand the community. Happy gaming!
