stuck inside a wall while trying to pick a bear trap, instant lose - - Trapper

I was picking up a trap from a staircase which led to downstairs, stopped picking it up because i heard a survivor behind me, stopped picking it up which led to me stuck in the wall.

i even downed a survivor while he was mocking with me and got a mori kill, i was still stuck after that.
