Is there going to be a fix for the Bug with Struggles?

I have lost count of how many times I have died in Sacrifice phase 2 because the bug happened and it suddenly decided to kill me despite me struggling. Its so infuriating, several of those times I could've escaped because I was about to be saved. I haven't heard many people talk about it on the forums, but my friends have noticed it too.

    Yeah I can't believe they didn't fix it in the bug fix. My game could be going so well then it'll put me in a bad mood when the game kills me.
