It used to be one of the bugged challenges, I guess the hotfix was to make it just 1 BP instead of 20,000.

It's the bugged challenge that used to be for 20k; the survivor one was bugged too, which was objective points.
Only certain killers and survivors were affected, though. So in order to remedy it, they changed it to 1 point as it was a massive slog.
This actually happened with 4.3.1.
