CHAPTER #: DARK BARGAINS
Killer: The Vessel
Sarah Niles did not know, but her symbiosis with the Entity was planned from birth, a deal her parents made with the being so that she would survive. When the day came, she was told to take a wicker mask and put it on. She did as she was told, and didn’t have enough time to react when what she found on its inside were the spidery claws of the Entity amongst cold, unforgiving fog. The Entity promised that she would be powerful, and indeed she was.

Weapon: Spider's Claw
A cluster of the Entity's claws. A welcome addition to Sarah's anatomy.
Power idea 1: GRUESOME APPETITE
You share the same craving for fear as the entity. Press the active ability button when standing over a dying survivor to Consume Fear, filling your power bar to the maximum.
Your power bar also refills when you hook, injure or knock down survivors.
Press and hold the power button to activate Haste, giving you a bonus to movement speed and attack cooldowns and draining the power bar.
Power idea 2: Rites of Horror
Your symbiosis with the Entity makes you a formidable foe, with an arsenal of tricks up your sleeve.
Special Ability: Charge Connection
Press and hold the Power Button to slowly charge up your Connection. You use Connection to activate your abilities.
Special Ability: Place Visceral Canker
Press and hold the interaction button while looking at the ground to place a Visceral Canker and reveal its aura to all survivors. As long as the Canker isn’t harvested, you gain Connection at a much faster rate. When it’s harvested, you are stunned for 7 seconds. You only have one Visceral Canker per game.
Special Ability: Reach
Press and hold the attack button while charging Connection to activate Reach. Reach extends your claws in a straight line to attack survivors.
Special Ability:
Press the active ability button while your Connection is full to activate
The Deal was struck, and a new piece was placed on the Entity’s board.
Add-ons
Iridescent Pawn
Otherworldly Incense
Perks
Perk: Denial
When you kick a generator or break a pallet, the generator/pallet location becomes blocked for survivors by the entity for 10/15/20 seconds. Denial has a cooldown of 70/65/60 seconds.
“Not my problem anymore.”
Perk: Hex: Hunger
Perk: Hex: Lockdown
Putting a survivor into the dying state with a basic attack causes the entity to block all vault locations and windows within a 32 meter radius for survivors for 15/20/25 seconds.
“Don’t even think about it.”
I am working on the concept art as well, trying to not make it look too much like the Blight but using him as a basis.

Ok. Overall, I like it. There are a few problems though.
The killers power, while very unique, is a bit much. I do enjoy it, but it is very similar to games like Call of Duty or Overwatch. The range is also a bit much. Quickdraw is fine, just tone down the range a bit.
The perks are... decent.
Does outlaw injure someone? Because if it does, then Huntress with Enduring would be very broken. I also dislike perks that change a survivors health state. However if it doesn't injure, then it is practically useless. There would be no one who benefits from running it.
Vendetta is cool. Its alot, but its fairly balanced. I'd take the speed percentage down just a bit. On some killers that would be nuts.
Oath of the Gunslinger needs a name change, and the status effects should have a time limit. Especially since it would be countered if someone didn't bring an exaughstion perk. The Oblivousness is also alot, but its fine tbh. A strong perk can be strong. Just put a timer on the status effects.
Overall 7/10

outlaw does injure, but doesn't down.
I agree quickdraw has too much range
Oath of the gunslinger DOES technically have a time limit. It's a hex.
