fix disco penalty

So I started up the game, joined a match, match starting loading... then boom, before the map even loaded in, I was disconnected because EAC said my files were modified. I haven't changed ANYTHING, don't even use custom icons.

So, I do the integrity check in Steam and it finds 2 files. Updates those, I open the game back up, and oh look... disco penalty! Granted there was only 1 minute left, but I didn't disconnect! THE GAME booted me.

    That’s why the initial penalty is only five minutes, that way on the rare occasion something odd happens that disconnects you somehow you can fix whatever it is and be back to playing afterward.
