Prestige as "overlay" for all clothings

Change the prestige blood to be an "overlay" of all clothing so that you can applie the blood to paid skins.

Right now, prestige doesnt look good anymore because of the super amazing skins from the store!
Maybe remove the prestige clothings but add the ability to add blood to every clothing.
