Status of Serverside Hit Detection and "new" Matchmaking ?

It's been a while since the last iteration of the logarithmic controlled Matchmaking. I'm wondering if data is still collected in the background to optimize it more and of course when do we see it back on a live test? It's pretty much time to bring that back online in my opinion.

And when it comes to the server sided hit detection / bumped tick rate, is it still online? what's happening here? I would wish much more communication on that topic. Since we still have to deal with weird hits. For me what hurts the most are are these hits while a palette is dropped. Killer gets stunned but also the surviver gets a hit.
