Only 3% choose Clown, so probably they're the best clowns with the best addons. You can read the statistics as you want, but they say that the escape rate is 32%, and if that statistics include SWF and those killers main that always escape if you read these forums, solo is by far the worst part of this game, and killers are overpowered.

You forgot to mention that several killers being nerfed to the ground, and nerfed more for good measure
