OoO needs a buff
Survivors running OoO need to be able to see killers map-wide. Also, there should be no minimum distance to see the killers aura. Lastly, killers should not be able to see the survivors aura when OoO is activated.
(This is a joke lol see you friends in the trials)

This is actually well in the realm of possibility. Since Objects die rather often (who would have guessed sherlock!?) the statistics may indicate that Object needs buffs to improve the escape rate of the users.

Be careful with those things. A dev might just read the first part and think that's a great idea. After all, OoO users aren't surviving that much...

While were at it, we should also buff some of the lesser used perks... like DS.

DS doesn't need a buff. It's a filthy crutch that should never have been added. All it does is reward players for doing basically nothing and getting free escapes. I see at least 3 DS's each match, because it's that over powered.
If anything, we should nerf Dark Sense.

OoO is not getting nerfed, ever
It’s going to be removed to appease the playerbase who are petitioning for it to be taken out.
Devs are already in the process of base-kitting limitless killer aura reading capabilities for all survivors.
They feel this way, both parties are getting what they want and true balance is restored.
...so we can all stop talking about OoO

And buff nurse please, she has lowest kill&pickrate.

Nurse really needs a 3rd Blink added to her base kit and her movement speed buffed to 103% to compete with the other Killers but the balance team sadly ignores her.
