It's not even that it's bad, it's that it's so bad, why even act like there's a system at all?

4/10 games I went against a full team of rank 1-3 survivors as a rank 11 killer. (definitely seemed like at least 2 in each game were grouped but I have no idea of knowing for sure.) How in the ######### is that any kind of functioning matchmaking?
