Prestige blood style in all skins and outfits

Why Prestige skins are only avalible in the original outfit?

I think could be nice if they add Prestige skin to all the outfits and skins (for example i'm Prestige 3 with Bill, I could be able to play Bill with the blood Prestige style on the christmas sweater.... or i'm Trapper Prestige 3 and could be able to use the blood Prestige style with outfits and guns skin I bought) not just for the originals skins and outfits of the characters....

This would be nice and could encourage people to prestige all their characters
