My account got corrupted I need help

I was playing on my alt and signed into my main and for some reason it moved all my character levels from my alt to my main, deleting my P3 Feng min, claudette and all of my killer progress. Easier said then done but I think if you can go back in saves you can revert it back to my progress. I have proof If that's what's needed.(two accounts one rank 4 another 12 that have the same progress except lvl devotion and cosmetics. Rip p3 feng bliody clothes...
