Have correct button prompts for gamepad on pc

I'm new to the forum thing, but I believe this is the right place to say this. I have a friend who I recently gifted the game on steam during the recent sale and she was wondering if she could use her ps4 controller with it. She tried it and it works, but the button prompts were for the xbox controller. It would be great if the game could recognize the controller being used and change the button prompts accordingly, or let ppl change it in settings.
