Is the Aura reading build on survivor worth it?

A build that I rather enjoy on survivor is Bond, open handed, windows of opportunity and then the 4th perk can be whatever. Typically an exhaustion perk or kindred. You can see people from pretty far away with the extended range of bond and get to see where all the nearest pallets and windows are thanks to windows of opportunity so you can be more efficient when running the killer. I’ve heard people say that open handed is bad because it doesn’t do anything on its own but the fact that it effects everyone could be nice if your teammate(s) are also using bond or some other aura reading perk with a limited range. What do you think?
