Opening hatch with a key

Please look into this bug as it’s happened to me and my friends on several occasions. On Coldwind when the hatch spawns in the pig room of the barn you cannot open it with a key. You get the prompt to open the hatch but when you try to you get sucked into the floor and you cannot get out.
On Ormond if the hatch spawns in a certain area in the main building you cannot open it with a key, again you get the prompt but all it does is give you the “jump” animation but you cannot open it.
There is also a spot on Haddonfield, on a back porch of an open house where you freeze in the jump animation.
This has happened to me and/or my swf team and we all play on PS4.
