- A brief description of your issue ----Trapper Stepped in his own trap, Survivor dropped a pallet but the Survivor took the damage after the pallet fell and went into dying state
- The platform you are playing on -- PC
- How often this issue occurs -- Only once so far
- How to reproduce this issue (if possible) -- I'm not 100% sure
