Advice for next killer to play extensively/main (Current Freddy Main)?
I have about 40 hours into playing killer and those 40 hours have been spent entirely playing Freddy. When I bought Freddy, I bought him because I love A Nightmare On Elm Street and had no idea how he's considered overpowered and very easy to play. Currently, I am about to make rank 4, but my goal is to become a good killer, and not just a good Freddy, since that doesn't require much skill. Plus playing as only Freddy is starting to get old. I want to main a killer that is powerful (not weak or add on dependent like clown or wraith) but I'm also interested in maining a killer that is not one of the most commonly played killers (Nurse, Freddy, etc.) If possible I want to play someone who I can put thousands of hours into and discover new things on, so an uncommon killer might be best for this, but the most important thing to me is that the killer is fun to play, and can be aggressive and punish/pressure survivors. Here are some killers I am currently considering:
Pig: I think mastering the dash could be cool, plus I like her slowdown power and I like some of her cosmetics, which are icing on the cake. Scorpionz inspired me to buy her, but I have not started playing her yet. I know the Pig has a high learning curve, but once mastered she can be a powerhouse that is not as common as Nurse.
Deathslinger: I'm mainly considering him because he is not super common and there doesn't appear to be many (if any) Deathslinger mains on youtube that have put thousands of hours into him, so he could be a cool way for me to distinguish myself from other killer mains.
Oni/Legion: I am considering one of these because I do like playing aggressively and one of my favorite parts about Freddy is that he can be played extremely aggressive while maintaining map control. I think both of these killers have the potential to do something similar since they are both fast and can quickly get downs. Oni seems to be the more red rank viable pick of these two, but I do like that Legion doesn't need to charge up his ability and is considered low tier, yet still be strong enough to have insane games.
If anyone has any other suggestions for killers I should consider playing I would love to hear them, if not which of the killers listed above would best meet my criteria? If I had more money I would buy every killer and experiment, but I cannot afford to buy all the killers I am still missing.

Before reaching your own suggestions, I thought of demogorgon, blight, pig and huntress (latter one is pretty popular but decent huntress players are extremely rare to spot). All of them have interesting mechanics and interactions beyond the surface of generic gameplay, as well as a steep learning curve.
However, I think such an approach might be not that enjoyable for you. Instead, it might make sense to play 3-4 matches on each killer you own and watch some first-person perspective gameplay videos of the others; and then stick whoever seems to be most fun to play for you personally.

For me a 'fun' killer to play is someone who feels rewarding when you win and not too underpowered where you are constantly having to go tryhard in order to catch up to survivors.
It sounds to me you are a horror movie fan, I would first recommend Michael Myers. He's pretty well balanced and the jump scares he produces make him really worth it. He is not very addon dependent but his add-ons are the best (most interesting/balanced) in the game.
Next, I would really suggest putting some time into Hag. Go look up videos of Michi or Space Coconut. I'll be humble and not link my own :P. She is very fun once you have a solid understanding of trap placement. Michi has a tutorial video that you should watch start to finish beforehand.
