Diversion is such a fun perk, but I feel it needs a little work.

Firstly, I feel it takes too long to charge. Especially with how many small (or no) terror radius killers we have in game right now. Against a Wraith, you almost have to ignore game objectives and follow the killer chasing someone else just to get a charge.

I'd also like to see the ability to charge up more than one pebble at a time. Maybe each tier of the perk could add one charge, so at tier 3 you have the ability to carry 3 pebbles.

    I never understood why the Devs made this a perk instead of an item (bag of stones).
