Spirit.. what fun =)

There's no other Killer in this game, even a 10/10 Nurse that makes me lose the will to play immediately other than Spirit.

Anyone else feel like this?

She's just horrendous to go against and unlike Nurse, you don't have to be remotely good at the killer role, as long as you have stridor and a good headset, you're all set.

God this killer is the worst

Jokes on you, I play dbd with a janky controller that will make me move slower forwards at random, therefore I suck as Spirit even with a good headset and stridor

If they added back that glitch where you could hear her but have it actually be calibrated for chases and have the killer know when they're making those sound then I think that'd could be a fair rework for her.

Doesn't have to be sound, any sort of feedback that the survivor can get when the spirit is phasing. If this hypothetically hurts spirit players too much, I wouldn't mind buffing the amount of time they can use their power in exchange.

sounds like you need to start throwing down yamaoka and dead dawg offerings as a p3 blendette and urban your way to a 30 min game

    I don't use a headset or stridor

Idk she emits a sound when phasing that can be heard most of time if not all, scratch marks suck and are inconsistent and that's all she can see when phasing so it's a guessing game. Now I know you mentioned stridor and a headset with I have not used on her myself but I know its not unbeatable. I personally like pig better for loops I got clips for days on mindgaming and smacking people at loops and pallets. Is she unbearable too?

I find she's mostly fine, but they need to tweak her post-phase movement speed.

This safety net is fine for new players but provides too big a hit window for advanced players.

She's not fine at all.. the Spirit is a Killer who makes your decisions as the survivor completely irrelevant, which is entirely frustrating and takes the fun out of the game.

Killers like Blight, Demogorgon, Huntress & Hillbilly have strong abilities with equal opportunity from both sides to mind-game and outplay the other side.

Spirit? Nah, she's either horrible or you make a guess and got lucky.

Spirit is one killer I just give a big old nope to the second I realise it's her. I don't mind being mindgamed by killers because it's fun, but when someone just stands still and I have to make a 50/50 choice and be smacked for it, no thanks. I'd rather take Forever Freddy over Spirit anyday.

The moving grass isn't consistent or reliable to a survivors location? Or corn, or foliage, or literally anything on the floor that moves?

I don't always enjoy playing against spirit but when she's got those cute outfits on or the white hair... I have to simp

Lol no. Sounds in this game are broken. Corn works both ways, and I have never heard grass. I should,is this a headset thing? I don't use one as I mentioned above but If I can hear all that with one I will put it on.

No but you can see corn and grass move though???? Bearing in mind when the Spirit moves through it, it doesn't, but when survivors move through it it does. Additionally, sounds are currently in a state of being semi-functional; why else would stridor be such a popular perk choice if you just didn't use sounds?

Same here. LEgion too as they're so dull and weak.

I don't play Spirit anymore out of principal. Same with Freddy. I work for my wins.

Hence why killers like Demogorgon, Blight, Oni, Billy and a few others are the most enjoyable and respectable killers.

Because they're fair and not ''easy-mode''

I actually picked up Demo after starting on PC as he was unplayable framerate wise on console.. And he's extremely fun. Takes a bit of set up and Corrupt feels like a must but hes a fun killer I can do decently with in red ranks without the dull ass ruin/undying combo. Oddly enough I find Billy unplayable with PC controsl whereas on console I felt extremely powerful as him.

Blight is also the best killer they've added in a long, long time. From both a power design and game health perspective. I don't feel cheated or lost when hes using his power and downs me.

I was hoping we on the right track for the next killer but so far they look extroardinarily weak which is a shame as I love the concept.

Stridor - So you actually can hear the sounds. I know on survivor side I will run/crouch through corn and see if move and even hear it but on killer side NO. It is not a obvious and blatent as your making it out to be. If it was stridor wouldn't be taking up a perk slot. I can't count on one hand how many times I have found someone based off sound (while not injured) and all of them was towards the beginning of my time playing and all were headset based. I no longer use a headset (to many kids need to hear them) so as I said no I don't hear or see grass more. Now that being said as Killer I am always moving and there is alot of noise so maybe that factors in why I don't see the grass or hear. IDK.

I guess I land in the minority. I don't find her any more difficult to evade than most killers. Sometimes an extremely good spirit player will stomp me, but most of the time I find the results either pretty even (2 or 3k to the killer) or a majority escape.

So i don't really have a beef with her to be honest. But everyone's experience is individual i guess.
