Changes I'd Make To The New Killer

  1. Ever so slightly decrease the charge time of Victor.
  2. Slightly improve Victor's movement speed while charging.
  3. When a survivor goes into a locker, Victor can latch onto the locker. Victor can then prevent the locker from opening for like 10 seconds or something. A team mate can pull Victor off the locker.
  4. When Victor grabs onto a survivor, that survivor is put into the mend state and has to mend/pull Victor off or they would enter the dying state.
  5. Changing from Charlotte to Victor and back should be slightly quicker.

The killer is fun to play as but seems a little too weak at the current state. Some of these changes could make her much better and more enjoyable to play!
