Both PS4 and Xbox suffer from this issue. My own ping is 40-50 range including my friends but when logged into DBD out pings become at least 80ms.
When I check other players ping on the pause screen they also have at least 80ms unless they are a steam player. This seems to only be affecting consoles players.
This begun sometime in the 4.0.0 build of the game either during a hotfix or when the 4.0 build was released, I do not remember when.
