It's Kinda Too Bad The Twins Use Incapacitated
Just like with The Doctor's Madness, i assume no other Killer will be able to use Incapacitated as an Add-on or have it be introduced on a future Perk.
At least, i'd certainly prefer it on Nightmare's "Z" Block than fricking Haemorrhage.
Incapacitated btw...

Kinda yeah, but it could reaaally broken on certain killers and in some situation.
Imagine if legion had a pin addon with incapacitated and ruin.

While I like the idea of doing something to the Z-Block (its really laughable), I dont think that Freddy needs any Buffs. In fact he is the Killer who needs them the least.
Also, a thing which would be the case - the duration would have to be really short. Otherwise I can imagine it becomes just more boring to play against Freddy. He places a Snare, you either have to avoid it (which is an unnecessary time-waster) or if you step on it, you are forced to do nothing for a Period of time. And really, nothing. I can also imagine that this would be pretty annoying as Hit-and-Run-Technique - Freddy spams Snares at a Loop, at some point you will step in one and afterwards he goes away.
He gets free Slowdown and you are forced to just wait out a timer. Could be ok once or twice, but if it would be like 30 seconds, it gets really annoying if you cannot do anything.
With Victor it is different, because you actually do something to get rid of the Status effect.

Well yeah, just a direct Incapacitated could be very broken.
But y'know, there's stuff like: "If a Survivor frees themself from a Bear Trap, they instantly go down."
What i mean with that example is: Instead of just applying Incapacitated directly with their Killer Power, maybe it would also have an additional requirement.

Well that wasn't really about buffing a Nightmare Add-on, that was more an example for Killers in general.
And also more of a way to make fun of Haemorrhage.

Could be an interesting addition to Pig's RBTs. No more choice, you have a bear trap on, it's time to remove it.

It would be nice to have a perk that applies incapacitated on a cooldown to help killers like wraith and their hit and run playstyles

Based on what Janick said, I have a feeling that Level 3 Madness is going to be re-worded to afflict "Incapacitated" (among other things).

What if deep wounds would also trigger incapacitated?
It could add a little bit more urgency to it

...Okay, so my comment right here is gonna sound like the complete opposite of my discussion.
But a downed Survivor suffering from Incapacitated will only suffer from not being able to crawl out of the Exit Gate, since they can't do any of the other actions that Incapacitated blocks cause they're downed.
Unless they get up within those 15 seconds, it doesn't really do much.
At 100% efficiency, it could turn Knock Out into a 15-second Blood Warden.
But hey, if that minimal addition would actually be put in, i ain't complaining one bit!

Okay.
Please don't get me wrong: It'd be neat, but tiny.

I don't get the point of Incapacitated preventing you from leaving through the exit gates. With the Twins, when Charlotte hits you next to the exit gate with Victor on your back, you can just crawl out during the weapon cool down. That part of Incapacitated just seems useless, on the Twins at least.

That wouldn't be terrible if they reworked the keybox spawns so they're a little less RNG heavy.
Like, RBTs now are just a hassle if you get a hat before 3 gens pop. It'd be nice if they were SCARY but not unfun as a side effect. 🤔

the effect by itself isn't that bad for taking away the killers power, i feel like it should down you after X amount of time when affected by it like a stronger deep wounds.
