Another Hard Counter to Victor

I mean I might just be missing something but wouldn't the most effective strategy to combat victor other than hiding in lockers be to just drop a pallet and camp it. Any time you see victor peek around just vault, he moves to slow to mindgame with the pounce unlike demo and his shred so he cant fake it to one side then pounce on the other. Idk could someone let me know what to do in this situation.

(Other than switching to Charlotte because that just becomes incredibly inefficient especially if the survivors do this at every loop)

Lmao as of his current state I guess so.

That's kind of my issue with the twins at the moment. I'm all for killers having counters, but it seems like every counter to this killer is just way to easy to pull off and most are guaranteed to negate the power entirely.

They need to give Victor a bit more bite. At red ranks I'm constantly on the move and the most I can see myself doing with Victor is putting him in a popular loop and hiding him in a corner so when the survivor gets cheeky and makes his play I can activate Victor and attack. I can't get into the fidgeting with both of them at once deal.

I really get the feeling Victor is meant to be hidden and ambush while you play the main killer as an M1, but I can't put that theory to the test right now.

Victor can get over pallets and get the hit, but he has to move a decent distance away from the pallet due to the arc, so I'd say your specific strategy of just pallet camping doesn't work - however that doesn't mean your general point is wrong, if a surv is actually running around a pallet properly, it is pretty difficult to get a hit as Victor

if they see him charging up a far pounce or just backing away they could just move out of the way of the pallet, then when he quits they can just go straight back to the pallet. Hell I'm pretty sure you can just crouch but id have to test it.
