PC - Survivors dont hold items right in the lobby

Description: All male and female survivors dont hold medkits and toolboxes right (map is female only) in the lobby. It looks like it has no weight and just floats between the hand of the survivor
(female survivors cant hold maps propaly as well)
Steps to reproduce: equip a toolbox/medkit/map on any survivor in the lobby
How often does this occur: since items have been graficly updated (i think)
