Perk no longer works if the perk does not pass after the first attack. And I know that everyone knows, but at first the cooldown was removed from the perk, and now it was returned, or is it a bug?

I'm not sure I understand what you mean when you say "does not pass after the first attack" - can you give more details please. I don't believe the cooldown was added back so there's possibly a bug if you're experiencing something wrong with the perk.

He means when you hit the obsession you get the first attack the undetectable but after the 30 sec for example you doesnt get anymore.
Same with Trail of Torment after kicking gen certrain killers losing instant the undetectable status for no reason. For example the executioner..you kicking the gen get only very short undetectable status..but after moving you will lose that status.

After the first attack, the perk is activated for 30 seconds, after the second hit (we are now talking about basic attacks by itself) the timer is not updated, in fact, after the first hit, we need to drop the survivor and go after the others. What is the disadvantage here? If we leave the obsession on the ground, we can roughly know where it is and return to hit it again, if it was picked up, otherwise we will have to look for it again
