[PC] Ormond disconnects one player and the game is canceled

When users load into the map Ormond - one of them disconnects and the game is canceled. Single user spawns on the map before everyone else, gets disconnected shortly after. After that, all three survivors and the killer joins the game, and after around a minute they disconnect and the match was canceled message gets displayed.
Note: Title seem to work without issues on different maps (never tested kyf so can't tell how title behaves there)
Repro Steps:
- Lauch the title
- Join the game as a killer or survivor
- Make sure that the selected map is Ormond
- Wait for the game to start and try to play a while
Repro Rate:
4/4 (once with a map offering, and once as the killer)
Result:
The game diconnects the first survivor to load in and shortly after all other players
Expected Result:
Title works as intended on all maps
