Inviting friends issue on PS4

I am constantly having issues with playing with friends on PS4. After each match both parties have to shut the game down entirely and reboot and reinvite for it to work. Otherwise the screens aren’t accurate it’ll say one screen shows both are ready up and the other players screen won’t even show the other player at all in the party. I’ve already checked my internet connection and everything is fine and hardwired to my PS4. Anyone else having issues??
