Xbox title screen “Patch Required” but now update is available

Issue: I get to the title screen where it says press a to continue but when I do press a it loads and then it tells me a patch is required to access the content, yet when I check games and apps to manage downloads an update doesn’t appear.
im not sure how you replicate it
it occurs every time I launch the game.
this might just be me being impatient but I’ve never had this happen to me before
