Bloodweb issues

Good day. When I was trying to take an item from the bloodweb, I didn't have to hold m1. All I had to do was click on the item and I had it. I clicked on the Mystery box and right after that I clicked on something else. The game didn't have a time to open it so I try it but I couldn't continue. Then I opend the loadout and I got stuck. After restarting the game, everything was fine.
