ADDITIONAL INFO

I took a break from the game around 2 weeks ago, and started playing again around 1 week ago. Since coming back, I've noticed very severe frame stutter and lag when playing, with some maps being worse than others. The worst map so far has been Ormond. The frame stutter is most apparent on the Oni, and also the most consistent. I used to also get it on Legion, Huntress, and Deathslinger, but after turning off the Nvidia and Discord overlays, I stopped having as bad of issues with them. I also verified the game files through Steam and lowered my graphics settings, both of which had no effect. Sometimes the stutter is pronounced enough to reflect on Steam's FPS counter, other times it does not. I have been monitoring temps of both the CPU and GPU, and neither are thermal throttling.

Players seem to be lagging as well, but I'm not sure if its directly linked to the frame stutter. They will suddenly vanish mid chase, teleport, or get stuck performing an action like unhooking.

The only thing that has changed during the week break, was that I updated my graphics drivers to the latest version, port forwarded my computer to open my NAT, and moved my OS to an NVMe drive as opposed to an SSD. The game was reinstalled on the SSD after the OS move.

OS version: 10.0.19041 Build 19041

GPU driver: 27.21.14.5709 (NVIDIA 457.09) DCH / Win10 64

My specs are:

CPU: i7-7700K (No OC)

GPU: GTX 1070

RAM: 2x16GB DDR4 1866MHz

SSD, w/ OS running on NVMe

I am connected through ethernet
