Abdominal Dressing should be buffed
It's a pretty ridiculous trade-off to lose eight charges for "considerably" (25%) faster medkit healing. This is the only medkit add-on with a negative consequence, besides completely losing the medkit with Styptic Agent and Anti-Haemorrhagic Syringe (which are far more powerful). My buff? Simply remove the effect of losing eight charges.

Flashlights if anything should be fixed, the addons for them are pretty trash unless they make it last longer.

Removing the downside means that the add-on has to inherently be weaker. Why not just ask for a lesser downside or a bigger upside instead of removing the mechanic that allows the devs to balance it?

Yes it's horrible to run Pharmacy and Ace in the Hole, then get this addon on a green medkit. It's not even one heal.

Can you name one other rare add-on that has a negative consequence? How is 25% faster healing as a rare add-on OP?
