PC - Stuck in staircase on Grave of Glenvale

Step 1: Load into Grave of Glenvale
Step 2: Go to stairs at the back of the saloon
Step 3: Heal dying state survivor that was on staircase
Step 4: Get stuck in staircase
I was playing Meg Thomas and had tried healing my friend who was crawling out of the saloon in the back. He was in the dying state and I had started to heal him, then I fell into the staircase. I couldn't move or interact and I couldn't be healed (I was already injured). I got hit by the killer and ended up dying on the ground in the staircase and couldn't be healed.
This was on the Grave of Glenvale realm.
