Is ptb still active?

I'm a ps4 player, but I bought the game on steam so I can play the ptb. I'm not getting the option from the drop down menu. It only shows the option to opt out. I've tried closing the game, and closing steam, and trying again, but to no avail. So what's the deal?

    The ptb is only for a week unless the amount of people drops below a certain number I'm pretty sure. Then they just close it early. This time it was the full week though. I'm pretty sure the mid-chapter's ptb was only like 2.5 days.
