Glitched struggling

I recently have been getting this odd glitch, everytime I get hooked for the 2nd time, or enter the 2nd phase on the first hook, I begin destroying my A button (to struggle), and I wouldn’t even tap out or stop tapping and all of a sudden just woop im dead, this has been happening ever since the Halloween event ended, and I’m wondering if it is happening to anyone else, if it is a glitch being reported by lots, then they need to fix it urgently, because this is a bug that could ruin your mood.
