Between trials

Do the survivors get to rest? Eat? Heal up? Maybe take a shower so they don't stink? Do they get to sleep? Or is it just some sort of never ending hell dimension where all you do is survive and then move onto the next trial without getting a break or a meal?

What do the killers do between trials. There's that one perk that talks about you polishing the hooks in the basement or something. Do they get to do stuff between trials other than suck up to the Evil Sky Crab?

The survivors go back to the campfire and stay there until their next trial. I think the killers have their own version of the campfire, one for each of them. As for what they do... I guess they just wait around for the next trial?

Maybe they get a tin can of pork and beans.

I like to think that the killers interact from time to time, and their campfires all exist on the same plane.

I think that the entity just uses it's godly powers to heal them back to normal. Keeping them well without food, water, or anything really just so they could be forced to stay in the entity's world.

The campers recover around the campfire. I think the entity also leaves them gifts, little things (like favorite candies or photos) to remind them of home and give them hope for getting out.

I think each killer also their own kind of campfire/lair where the entity keeps them occupied as well.

Perhaps Doctor has a table with all kinds of torture devices in his lair.

Bubba keeps the faces of his victims on a rack.

Legion try to make themselves at home around the fire.

Oni burns incense and honors his ancestors, and perhaps he even shares a lair with Spirit.

Anna clings on to dolls, scraps of cloth, mementos from her childhood.

Love those ideas. I like to imagine that the entity tries to keep the killers as occupied as possible. For instance, I like to imagine that the entity keeps Idiris’ people “safe” in a temple for her, or has manifested Anna a little girl to protect, etc.

    yeah.

Doctor has someone to test on.

Bubba has versions of his family members molded from the fog.

Legion have some parts of their own hangout restored.

But something's amiss. The entity does not fully understand human nature or the nature of its killers.

The test subject in Doctor's lair, its screams are real but not fueled by fear or pain.

Bubba's "new" family is kind and they seem loving.

The girl Huntress has... loves her.

Adiris' followers act like she never left.

Okay the Dead By Daylight needs to hire us for lore development. Let’s send them our resumes. ;)

In my little head cannon, killers chill on their own map until the entity calls upon them. Those that dont have maps kind of travel between the realms until called upon

Apparently Wraith and Nurse communicate outside of trials (I believe a cosmetic suggests it) so that would suggest all killers could communicate with each other. The question is which ones would want to. Most of them I can't think of them communicating with one another.

I assume the Survivors go out to look for items (Stuff in the Blood Web.) Then wait at the campfire for their next trial.

I know Cote at one point said (and I am paraphrasing here:) "The Killers don't interact with eachother. They simply wander around in the fog until they find their way into another trial."

Personally, I think that is a very boring answer that limits creativity. Why say something like that? At least leave it vague so it's open to speculation and potentially something interesting.

Well it says that it's dangerous for the survivors to leave the safety of the campfire and venture into the fog.

I assummed the Killers were in separate parts of the Fog, watching the survivors at a distance, waiting for their chance at putting those meatbags on a hook.
