Not upset, i'm just not answering what's not related to the question.
If someone can't tell me their favorite Perk on Wraith without knowing what Perks I use, then that's fine, but that also means this question just ain't for them.
I know it's subjective, and that's exactly why i want these suggestions: To help me potentially find a different Perk to really like on him.

The single best perk for Wraith? I'd say Nurse's.

As a wraith main I love using shadowborn. I use it on most killers anyway but I particularly like it on wraith.

The only stand alone perks I can think of for wraith that don't need to be paired with anything are:
Franklin's - actively disarm people on your drive by whackings.
Rancor - Allows you to avoid hooking 1 person entirely as long as they're located when last gen finishes.
(Rancor paired with StBfL would be incredibly useful on wraith... But I know you didn't want perk pairs. Just a thought)

The thing with Wraith is that unlike other killers you're gonna be more effective building around your choice of addons.
This is what I run most often in red ranks, no nonsense all-round build:
Shadowborn on any killer is a wasted perk slot imho, but then again I run Iron Maiden on Huntress and 3rd Seal on Pig so to each their own!

And if you can't answer a basic question as "What perks are you running already" you don't deserve an answer. Either
- You think you have come up with some super secret combination that nobody can possibly think of and don't want it getting out. Which i sincerely doubt since either side has maybe 10-15 perks that are actually viable.
- You are too stubborn to give us a little more information that might help us answer your question better.
- You are an idiot.
- You are a troll.

I think Nurses Calling since they won't know you're within range when invisible and will continue to heal.

I think the question is meant to be subjective.
Because Wraith is such a weak killer without perk/add-ons. By asking for a single perk and not a perk pertaining to a specific build, it makes us really think.

OK what perk should I suggest if I don't know what perks you already have?
Its not about this perk goes best with that its about answering your question in an informed manner.
When in doubt just take BBQ for the bloodpoints. (and if you respond I already have BBQ then see my previous comment, self sabotage is a real thing).

I would always use bb&c and pop, and then fill the other slots with
Dragon's Grip or Make Your Choice for lethality,
Bitter Murmur, Discordance, Surveillance, Tinkerer, or Gearhead for cross map information,
Franklin's Demise, Knock Out, Sloppy Butcher, Remember Me, or Surge for their ability to activate on any of your attacks,
Mindbreaker to counter exhaustion,
Or a power and defense hex combo like ruin/undying or DH/TotH,
Or replace it all with a standard hex build!

I've already gained lots of answers and took them all in, so i think i can miss yours.

That's not difficult.
I run nurses, sloppy, bbq and pop.
I use the add ons all seeing blood with swift hunt, silent bell with the 8 ball, 8 ball and all seeing blood, bone clapper and swift hunt or bone clapper and the 8 ball

Personally I would say nurses is the best singular perk on wraith.
You can catch them off guard while they heal, unless they use the right perks, they have a hard time to know when you're close.

Well, if you do a poll, Nurses would probably get 100% when going for a "1-perk only build" alike. All the other answers are already "influenced" by the fact that you already got a build, so people assume you have Nurses already. Just saying
Assuming a perk build without planned synergy, I can list my top 4 perks, so you can only have 3 of them already:
- Nurses
- Surveillance
- MYC
- Sloppy

I'm not as confident as you on that.
If i ask for 1 Perk and say i already have 3 others, and Nurse's is as important as you say, then they'd want to make sure to mention that one so that i do equip it.
At least, that's how i see it.

Mindbreaker, Blood Echo, Gearhead, Surge, and the new upcoming Oppression are what I'd use on Wraith :)

i would change Ruin for Whispers if i feel confident on ending chases quick
The way i play Wraith is hurting and stalking everyone so i can surprise them, rarely i commit on chases honestly, and when i do, most of the time i'm cloaked.

Imagine the shenanigans you can get up to combining it with the addons that cause the Terror Radius while cloaked and/or hide it for longer upon uncloaking?

As I said, a poll would pretty much lead to a 100% if you remove the condition. How should someone make a good suggestion to your problem when he needs to expect to be not helpful at all, as Nurses is pretty much common sense? How lucky would someone be to give you that 4th placed perk?

If i have it on and they think i do so they give a 2nd option, that's fine, that means i already have their favorite.
If i have it on and they don't think i do so they give ANC, that's fine, that only confirms my option.
If i don't have it on and they think i do so they give a 2nd option, that's fine, because there's enough Perks i don't consider #1 anyway.
If i don't have it on and they don't think i do so they give ANC, that's fine, then i'd try it just like the others.

Why don't you rephrase your question to "If you were only allowed one perk for Wraith, what would you choose?" You'd probably get a lot more answers that'd get to the point.
The way you've worded the initial post and some follow ups kind of make you look like an ass if I'm being honest.
Anyway, as for the answer. Franklin's so you can camp items when you're invisible.
