What are the best Non-teachable perks i.e perks that every surv/killer has
I'm just curious as to which is the best non-teachable perks are

When I’m not a perk randomizer I always include kindred in my builds

for killer: sloppy butcher, noed, whispers ( the rest are selectively useful except monstrous shrine)
for survivor: kindered, spine chill and we'll make it( the rest are too niche or bad)

Killer: Noed, Sloppy, and Whispers are all good. Bitter Murmer is alright. Thrill of the Hunt is Ok if you don't have any of the better totem defense perks yet, though using just it to bluff Noed/other hexes is funny. The rest of the basic killer perks are pretty bad.
Survivor: Kindred, Spine Chill, We'll Make It, and Resilience are all quite solid. If you want what they do, Plunderers, Small Game, déjà vu, and possibly the new Slippery Meat can all be useful.
