The Props System & A Unique Idea For It
The "Giving Props" system is mostly useless, it doesn't even tell the receiver that you gave them.
So step 1 = Let the receiver of props know that you gave them props.
How? Well, a cool lil animation at that scoreboard screen is obvious, but it will also give you & the receiver of props 1 Prop Node.
Prop Nodes are a new currency, but they're extremely limited.
You can have up to 4 Prop Nodes, and they will disappear the next time you are in a lobby and it has started the 5-second countdown. (While the lobby counts down from 5, you'll be able to see your Prop Nodes reset to 0 if you still had some at that point.)
So you might wanna use them before starting a new trial, but where do you use them?
On your Bloodweb.
Let's say you have almost completed your current Bloodweb, you really want that Ultra Rare Add-on at the top, but the Entity already ate it.
If you have a Prop Node, you can right-click (idk what it would be on other devices) on a node.
It will consume 1 Prop Node, but you get that Add-on for free & without wasting a turn, and that node will now function like a bought node: Can't be eaten by Entity, can't be bought again.
This works for every kind of node (Item, Add-on, Offering, Perk, Teachable, Mystery Box), at any time. (Not-bought, eaten by Entity.)
You can't use it on nodes you've already acquired btw.
The system will still let Survive With Friends groups give props to their group's own members, but neither would gain any Prop Nodes for doing so.
And you can't give props to yourself of course.
How about it?

Cool idea. Reminds me of the League of Legends honor system which I think does an okay job at discouraging toxicity and rewarding sportsmanship. I’d totally be down for this idea.
