I have some feedback on the bloodlust change.
While I do think this should be tested, I don't think it should be live just yet. What I propose is putting it on the PTB for maybe 3 or so days, see what people think, and then put it on live servers for about 3 days as well, then check the statistics to see how it works. I think you should put it on the PTB first because if the response is overwhelmingly negetive, you can just scrap the idea.

If you put it on the Live Servers, you will get more people to play. Like, I wont play a PTB with the Bloodlust Change, I dont think it is interesting enough to download the PTB and play it for a few days. Even with new Chapters I only play 1 evening on the PTB.
And I guess this goes for quite a bunch of players.

Wait until the test is over before calling your judgement, then tell BHVR how it went and they will make a conclusion based on that AND the stats.

I'm very, very curious to know how data can be easily extrapolated by a machine about the bloodlust mechanic.
I fear a "Object of Obsession is not a problem from my stats" debacle once again:
low ranks won't see any change from bloodlust, high ranks will see a negligible change overall, but very strong swf will just bully killers (especially 110% killers) out of existence if on the right map and if they get the right RNG, but it will be within the statistical error of the collected data, so...
"Removing Bloodlust is not a problem from my stats. Here, get a new god breakable wall instead!"

This is why I said put it on the PTB first, then live. After both test runs, observe the data, look at player feedback, and decide what to do next.

Kill-rates are an incredibly skewed statistic that is blurred by maps, tile spawns, perk combos on both sides and ranks.
