Best exhaustion perk?

For me, it's sprint burst. It has saved me in many situations where I would've been in trouble without it. I think adrenaline and balanced landing are up there but adrenaline only activates at the end of the match and balanced landing is somewhat map dependent. Dead hard is good too but I honestly don't know how to use it properly. Lithe is okay at times. Head on isn't really that good, it's more of a meme perk than anything else.

In an optimal, coordinated SWF: Sprint Burst

    For casual play: Dead Hard

I don't know how to judge Adrenaline. It's barely even an exhaustion perk.

    Sprint burst

I mean, I guess adrenaline counts because it does cause the exhausted effect when it triggers.

    Adrenaline

Objectively speaking it's probably Dead Hard, but Adrenaline is just so addictive, I love it.

Sprint Burst is so awful I don't even know how or why people run it lmao

    Sprint burst

Sprint burst is the better perk, however many dislike it due to the Perception that there is a lack of control you have when activating it.as walking around the map is typically frowned Upon among survivors. (typically you need compensation to use it such as Fixated or vigil.

next is DEAD hard (or Dead for some players) which is only better than lithe cause you can use it anywhere to potentially avoid a hit/ make it to a loop.

Adren (heath state makes it amazing, rather than the speed since well can interfere with other Exhaust perks...but the fact is..this does nothing until the last gen is poped.

Head-on is last..im sure you can figure out why lol.. all the perks are good, but head-on is special since player can counter it as long as they know you have it and the locker you are in lol. Head-on is mostly for meming / annoying killer since it can potentially save a survivor

If DH actually worked half of the time then I would've picked it.

    Head on

Sprint Burst is best, and I run it a lot, but.................

Head On is so, so, so satisfying. Especially when you get that save or multiple stuns through out the match. Love it.

    Adrenaline

Adrenaline because assuming the whole team is good and they finish all gens regularly, then you should always get full value out of it. Having a five second sprint burst along with an insta-heal (and wake up if against Freddy), is extremely powerful. The impact it can have with a somewhat coordinated squad is crippling for the killer. The exhaustion perks like lithe, SB, and DH can help throughout the match, but if the survivors are good they won't need them.

    Dead hard

Nothing beats being able to push a button to completely undo your own incompetence. And no matter how much you 99 your SB, there's always going to be a couple of times per trial where you are forced to either waste it or walk.
