How do you convert M/S to %?

In Dead By Daylight, Movement speed is tracked in M/S and in %, however I am curious how m/s is converted into % as some things in the game are labeled as just +0.4 m/s and don't say what the new M/S is

So if you increase a 115% killers m/s by 0.1, what will the new movement speed be in percent?

Sorry if the post is confusing, this is hard to explain for me

The way I'd explain it is.

    4 m/s is a survivors speed which is 100%.

4.6 m/s is most killer speeds at 115%.

    So every 0.2 m/s = 5% movement speed.
