A mechanic worth looking at?

A lot of killer perks typically punishes bad plays and forces survivors to be better. Overcharge and Unnerving presence teaches you to be more reactive when fixing gens, Coulrophobia teaches you to not heal in the killer's terror radius, Forced Penance teaches you to not try and bodyblock a killer on their way to a hook but I could barely find a killer perk that forces a survivor to play badly. I mean, I guess Thanatophobia forces survivors to be overly altruistic but even then the effects of it are so little that it's barely worth running.

I'd like to talk about a playstyle that's heavily frowned upon : Grouping Up. Now I understand why people would avoid doing this since it heavily powers up killers who are able to hit multiple survivors in quick succession such as Bubba, Legion, Plague, or just any M1 killer with 6 or more stacks of STBFL. The problem is once survivors learn to stop doing this, it is extremely easy to stop since there are no downsides to splitting up.

Think about it, what killer perks forces survivors to group together : Deathbound, that's all I could find.

I'm interested to see if there's could be a perk that would force survivors into this mindset. Maybe that way we'll see less Insidious basement Bubbas because they'll now have a perk worth running though I wouldn't count on that. What do you think?
