Petrified Oak and Scrapped Tape (Doctor) PT-BR translations

In the brazilian portuguese translation of the game, the Petrified Oak (survivor offering that increases the distance between hooks) is instead translated to say that it increases the number of hooks in the Trial.
The Scrapped Tape, instead of it’s normal description, has the Iridescent Queen description, down to the flavor text. The Iridescent Queen still has it’s normal description.
I play on PC, but the console version alsso seems to have this translation errors (checked the Oak with a friend).
