Fan-Made Jason Chapter: Son's fury
Killer: The Slasher
The Slasher has a normal terror radius, moving speed and has a large size.
Power: Unyielding Rage
The Slasher has a bar which fills up over the course of the game and can use it in 2 different ways.
First way: Grab
The Slasher uses half of the bar to attempt to grab the survivor. Grabbing requires The Slasher to charge, slightly slowing his movement speed. While charging The Slasher lowers his machete. The grab has the same reach of a lunge. When grabbing a survivor The Slasher can choose which direction he throws the survivor at. The Slasher can use the survivors to break walls or pallets. The survivor can also be thrown out of a window or slammed against a normal wall.
These actions cause 1 damage state and can down the survivor. The Slasher can also normally attack a survivor when grabbed. Missing a throw will leave the survivor unhurt.
Second way: Outburst
When Unyielding Rage is fully prompt The Slasher can activate Outburst. This causes The Slasher to 'transform'. While having a slowed movement speed for 5 seconds, The Slasher snaps his neck and giving an eye a slight red glow in the process. While transforming into this state his terror radius increases with 16 meters and a "Ki Ki Ki Ma Ma Ma" will play.
When in Outburst The Slasher can walk through walls and pallets taking him about a second to break them and slightly slowing his movement speed. When survivors attempt to stun him, the pallet breaks and considerably slows The Slasher's movement speed for a second. The Slasher can also temporarily break windows, the windows turn back when Outburst runs out. This takes about half a minute.
Ultra rare addons:
Mom's sweater: Remembering how his beloved mother died, fills The Slasher with a newborn rage.
The Slasher loses the abilty to Grab and Unyielding Rage takes moderatly longer to fill. If The Slasher activates Outburst, survivors gain the Exposed status effect.
Hunters's manual: Even though The Slasher can't read, the pictures helped him a lot in hunting men and alike.
Outburst changes for Predator. Predator removes The Slasher's terror radius completly and shows survivor's auras in a radius of 16 meters. The Slasher loses his abilty to quickly break objects. The "Ki Ki Ki Ma Ma Ma" still plays.
Perks:
Brewing storm: The killer starts with 16 meter shorter terror radius. For each generator done it increases with 6 meters and gives the killer a slightly faster movement speed when not in a chase.
Hex: Unlucky day: You become obsessed with 1 survivor. When hitting the survivor and leaving the chase, every other survivor within an 8 meter radius of the obsession gains considerably harder skillchecks instead of normal ones.
Stressed: When a survivor does a silent action in the killer's terror radius it makes a noise notheless. Stressed had a cooldown of 30 seconds.
Mori: The survivor gets up and hits The Slasher a few times. The Slasher reacts with a headbut and impales the survivor with a machete lifting them up in the air. After a headturn and the survivor slightly dropping down, The Slasher drops the survivor on the ground.
I'm too lazy to write about Tommy Jarvis or the map, this took my some time to write. What do you think? Too strong, too weak? Tell me in the comments.

I like the idea of throwing Survivors around a lot lmao, would be cool if you could throw them into other Survivors to damage/stumble them as well.
Hard to tell how strong it is without knowing how long it take to charge the meter.
Unlucky day looks really bad to me.

Throwing survivors against survivors could stun them both momentarily maybe.
Just a quick charge for the grab, you should be able to use it in chase. So what about 1.5 sec or something.
Unlucky day makes it that survivors around obsession gain decisive strike-like skillcheks, which should give the obsession a sense of solitude because the others keep ditching them. I thought that would be a pretty good perk, having a 3 v 1 either way.

Oh, I see. But so far this seems like a decent idea for Jason. Even though I really don't want Jason in DBD due to: 1. He has his own game that can allow him to demonstrate his potential and 2. I don't feel like DBD would do any good for him. But after seeing this, my second reason by be swayed.

The Friday the 13th the Game's servers are officialy closed which makes the game dead. So there's kind off room for Jason imo.

my idea for Jason was have him move faster and charge interactions when unobserved and slower when observed

Imo there's already more then enough movement-based killers, so I liked to have something totally different.
