Should the Twins be released in their current state?
Title.
The PTB patch notes show that the devs have identified multiple issues with the Twins and are still opting to release them as they are. I really don't like the idea of something knowingly being released in an incomplete state, particularly since I have heard of other games/companies having legality issues over that business model.
I'm curious to hear what other people think of this.

I would prefer to play against Victor permanently... at the current state Charlotte has no purpose

We had much worse in the past. Twins will be fine if not, there'll be more changes in the future. I don't see any enough serious reason not to release them as planned.

I didn't say they were necessarily bad, I said they were incomplete; I don't like the idea of something being released that the devs know requires more work.
Just because we've had worse in the past isn't a good excuse for continuing to do that.

Imo they should release the chapter when is ready, even after reading the new changes is not gonna be in a good position to be played.

yes so the devs can see how weak they are more clearly.
so many changes all of which are buffs are needed for this killer. mainly concerning victor he should down a survivor in 30 seconds and that survivor's aura should always be revealed when he is on them, lastly he should be able to recalled when idle.
those 3 changes are the LEAST the devs can give us also the locker holding victor does better be at least 10 seconds.

It's usually around 3-4 weeks after the PTB which would mean it's out pretty soon, but the devs have acknowledged that it needs more work to counter locker plays and stuff like that. It should really be delayed until it's in a good place.

No. Expecting full price for an incomplete product isn't good etiquette or even good business practice.
Aside from it not being complete none of their changes actually address the core issues with the Twins. Victor will still be held hostage and the locker hold will end up not being long enough for Charlotte to capitalize.
There is just counter play, on top of counter play, on top of counter play, it's exhausting. She needs a lot of improvements still to even be decent. No one is going to view this killer as threatening in her current proposed improvement state.

Twins really do need some hard work. The 45 second recall 'buff' they announced for Victor is waaaaaaay too long, a survivor can leave you powerless for the length of half a generator, or a complete generator with two people working on it. It's insane.

in that post it said that the locker abuse is getting fixed in another patch so im expecting the chapter to come out the 1st and then the hotfix patch 1 week later as usual after every patch.. so the twins wont be that good on day 1 since you can still jump into a locker
