"We've gotten better at identifying these loops" The Loops:

This is a glitch. It rarely happens, but when it does, it can spawn something insane like two pallets at a jungle gym.
Pallet spawns like this don't make a difference when you just camp every one though. lmao.

I think it's more the pallet into car loop, into house. That's kinda ridiculous and Killer's shouldn't be FORCED to instantly break every pallet they see.
8 -
and yet the killer couldn't touch him. there's no counterplay for a killer here. Calling it a "glitch" doesn't change the reality of the in game experience.
15 -
The killer couldn't touch him because of a glitch and because he wasn't good. He's rank 11. Someone like Otz would've ended that chase fast, since none of those pallets are particularly strong vs 115% killers.

I see what you mean, but the none of the pallets seen in this video are particularly strong anyways. Now, if it was an Autohaven car loop, I'd have a different opinion. Going into the house, yeah, that's annoying, but many killers, if they play aggressively, can lock the building down and down the surv fairly quickly, especially if they get trapped upstairs.

funny how these "glitches" seem to be as common as always. and I like how the red stain lets survivors see around corners on top of their wider view to begin with, as well as low loops like this being see through for survivors to prevent any mind games, and survivors are rewarded for bein hit with a free sprint burst, and then the survivor mains show up to assure us they're just good.
EDIT also, if low ranking killers are regularly going to be sent against red rank survivors in 3/4 of their games, then the game has to be balanced for it.

Just break the pallets! All 3 of them, that are right next to each other.
I definitely see double pallets like that every now and then, but it's like once every 200 games. The last time I saw one was at Coal Tower, pre-rework.

four actually. notice that the shack is next to this spot as well.
2 -
There's a very good pallet upstairs. This is why these maps aren't ready for BL to be removed.
5 -
I think shack is far enough to count it as "outside" of that cluster of pallets. Although, there might be a pallet in the top of the house that would definitely be a part of that cluster if it was there

this game not ready to remove BL yet most know it I'm sure survivors are having a ball right now.

This glitch isn't common at all. I've never experienced it, and I've only seen three instances of it on video or in screenshots.
Survivors have the red stain, which can be disabled by perks, powers, and addons. Killers have bloodlust.
Stretched resolution exists for both sides and killers have perks to increase their FOV. Besides, with how the game plays, survivors being given a first-person POV would make many people nauseous. Giving killers a third-person POV would feel wonky on nearly every killer. Just imagine blinking as Nurse.
The height and cracks in loops are fine. If you raise loops, Huntress and Deathslinger get unintentionally nerfed; if you remove the cracks, Ghost Face, Myers, and Deathslinger get unintentionally nerfed. Fortunately, with the map reworks, many of the more powerful loops are being made weaker, such as shack.
If survivors didn't get a Sprint Burst (which is 2 seconds, not even 3), then they would go down instantly like in the old Hide or Die.
Many survivor mains who gloat about their skill normally get put in their place. I can't even tell you how many survivors have flashlight clicked me to go down in seconds and disconnect.

Sprint Burst and Lithe are such a pain to deal with right now.
1 -
yea get rid of Sprint Burst and Lithe then see how survivors like it pretty much BL for survivors.
0 -
It's relatively good until dropped. Then some moonwalking can catch the survivor. Even Huntress can make quick work of survivors staying near it because of her hatchets combined with the server latency

stretched resolution does not exist on console, which this video is from. and I wasnt even talking about stretched resolution, im talking about how survivors already have third person camera, then when they find walls where it shouldn't help, the red stain is put in on top of that so they dont have to take risks at all. meanwhile, people act like it's totally reasonable for the killer to have to look away from his objective and guess where it is so he can counter the absurd red stain mechanic.
and asking killers to use a perk slot to get a reasonable FOV is ridiculous. the ability to see below your chin should not a be a balancing mechanic. It reminds me of old games that had bad control as a balancing mechanic.

To be fair, the killer should be breaking those pallets as soon as you drop them not try to loop around them.
Now, if you want to make your point, which i agree with, show the god bus, or one of the killer shacks on a few maps that has holes the survivor can see through and the red stain goes through. Or the main building of the asylum map, or the cow tree, or the entire map of haddonfield. Or the god house in haddonfield and preschool. Or the long hallways of midwich.
There are plenty of examples of loops that are actually broken without showing these kinds of things.

Since when is sprint burst and lithe base kit like BL is?

It's not exactly a glitch. The game scans the tiles it has spawned, decides there aren't enough pallets based on some magical arbitrary number in the sky, and spawns an extra one at one of these areas that are normally one-or-the-other. As far as I am aware, based on the tiny little amount of information given about it, it seems to be intended behaviour.

lol yeah this loops are #########.
I remember before coal tower was reworked.
I was playing hag and next to the tower there was a jungle gym leading into a V shaped loop and opposite of that was another mirrored V shape loop, and that was leading into a TL loop 🤦♂️
I went against a 4 man swf and you can guess it, they abused the hell out of it.
At that point I couldn't give a rats ass any more and let them just do the gens and let them escape

I think I've reported a glitch of double pallet spawn in the very same tile a month or two ago, and just like most bug reports it remains pending and will probably be this way for several years.
0 -
I mean there's way worse spots than this.
How about, you know, waste 5 seconds instead of 5 minutes and break both pallets with the chainsaw instantly.
0 -
I think in such a scenario it is fully rerolled rather than modified. It works this way with totems and hooks afaik, and pallets are likely not different.
There's also a min distance parameter which for whatever reason can sometimes be ignored for this exact tile.
0 -
There's a drop next to it that leads into the window, which leads back to car pallet.
0 -
I was paraphrasing one of the Devs, who answered in a previous thread about this occurance why it happened.
0 -
Then you are probably right and this pattern is likely causing pallet spawn mistakes of the kind.
0 -
I think the killer is not forced to kick EVERY pallet. There are just SOME which is totally fine. Besides the double pallet spawn which is apparently a glitch that can be fixed, I didn't see any problem in this video
0 -
Honestly, a lot of maps suck, some maps are worse than other for some killers. But the overall "rework" is not there.
So until they fix it, pallet they drop, pallet i break.

I saw your edit. Neither you nor the other 3 survivors are red ranks in this clip. Just purple and green.
