Hi i just bought this game today and can't access game modes .... please help

    This is the ‚ask the community section‘, we can’t really help you with just your player id..

    did you consent to the private policy? Game is only playable if you activate it

    what is exactly happening when you click on the game modes?

    Is the game completely installed? You can't access the game if it's not completely installed

    This happens when the game hasn't completely installed yet - you will need to give it some time to fully install.

    I've removed your screenshot, please do not show your Cloud ID to other players, this is something that you should really keep hidden for safety of your account.
